Domestic and General Insulation always aim to make our customer's journey towards a warmer home as smooth as possible. The customer journey wheel explains the entire process.

Once you have registered interest in the products or services we offer, perhaps by seeing a newspaper advert, visiting our exhibition stand at a show or speaking to one of our energy advisors, we will arrange to visit your property so we can give you advice specific to your property and requirements.
When the surveyor visits your home, completely free of charge, to survey your property, assess suitability for the product or service you are interested and provide a quote and inform you of any grant funding that you qualify for.
We are always on hand for energy advice, before or after your installation. Contact us through our website with your enquiry or call our friendly customer advisors to discuss.
If you decide to go ahead with the installation of one (or more)of our energy saving products, we will arrange a date to come and carry out the work. Some products can be fitted in just a few hours whilst others can take a week or more. Of course all this will be discussed at survey stage.
We have a team of expert technical monitors who carry out checks on around 10 percent of all our installations to ensure the very highest quality of workmanship. This commitment to quality checking is testament to our aim for continuous improvement.
Our products create warm, comfortable, attractive and affordable energy efficient homes. And furthermore, we will inform you of, and access on your behalf, any grant funding you may qualify for making our products and services even more cost effective.
