Paul’s relationship started with Domestic and General in 2004 when he was approached to work as a health and safety consultant for the company. During the past seven years with the company Paul has headed up a number of functions across the business and has recently started a new role as Commercial Director…

Paul formalised his link with Domestic and General in 2005, taking the permanent role as Health and Safety Manager. He was responsible for ensuring compliance with all industry health and safety requirements as well developing relevant staff training courses and quality procedures.

Becoming HR Manager the following year meant Paul also assumed responsibility for the company’s HR, technical and customer care functions.

Shortly after Paul took a new role for the company as HR Director during which time he reviewed the business’s structure, recruited key positions for the business in order for it to fulfil growth plans and achieve business goals.

In April 2011 Paul moved from HR to the role of Commercial Director; a new role to oversee commercial projects for the company, particularly focussing on the external wall insulation and home improvement markets. Paul will spearhead the growth of these elements of Domestic and General over the coming years.

Paul holds diplomas in Supervisory Management and Environmental Health & Safety, is a member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and International Institute of Risk Safety Management.
